Jordan started his career working for a Pennsylvania based Real Estate Developer as a Project Manager and Architectural Designer. In this position, Jordan managed multimillion dollar building projects. He grew an extensive network of construction, legal, and real estate professionals, many of whom he still works with. Coming from a large family full of construction professionals, he has been skilled and equipped in all aspects of Building/Remodeling.
Trained and certified as an Architectural Designer, Jordan’s ability to “get the job done” quickly and efficiently earned him an award from the American Institute of Architects and more recently from the Historic Preservation Leagues in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Jordan has been a Licensed Public Adjuster since 2009.
Jordan is married with three young children and lives in Doylestown, PA.
JARED EVANS

Jared began his career in the construction field, working closely with a master plumber, focusing on residential plumbing service applications in Florida. After four years, Jared moved back to Pennsylvania working in drywalling and finished carpentry. After a few additional years in the construction field, Jared transitioned into working at a public adjusting firm in the claim estimation department and eventually became a licensed Public adjuster
This experience of construction has proved valuable in the estimation process of public adjusting. The knowledge of building techniques and code requirements paired with many years of experience using the industry standard software Xactimate™ enables Jared to provide estimations with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency possible.
Jared lives in North Wales, PA with his wife and 4 daughters.
NYLES TRUELOVE

Nyles’ interest in construction began while attending the Building Trades Occupations programfor three years at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology. There he learned construction method through a variety of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding and many
more.
Nyles worked for six years in the construction field, becoming skilled and equipped in all aspects of the building trades. Running a crew with a local company that built and remodeled inground pools for two years, he learned to manage expectations, resources, and time.
Today, Nyles brings skills and characteristics to Guardian to properly represent our clients when negotiating their insurance claim, making sure to receive the best possible settlement.
Nyles lives in Bucks County with his wife Allie, and dog Oliver.
