CASE BACKGROUND
In August 2020, multiple tornadoes ripped through Bucks County destroying multiple homes. This particular insured had not only tornado damage, but as a result of the high winds, had a tree impact their house as well. After contacting their insurance company and receiving a lowly offer of $23,000, the insured contacted Guardian Adjustment to assist with the claim.

We immediately conducted a full estimation process with two of our adjusters, getting detailed images of vital interior and exterior damage that was missed on the initial estimate from the insurance company. As well as compiled engineer reports proving far more structural damage than initially anticipated by the insurance company.
